1. Registrations are not confirmed until full payment is received.
2. All cancellations and changes must be made in writing to admin@lgfp.org.au. 
3. For accommodation bookings, cancellations will be subject to the cancellation terms and conditions communicated to guests by the Pullman Cairns International Hotel.
4. For conference registrations cancelled greater than three weeks of the commencement of the event (received prior to 27 October 2025), the registration fee may be applied to a future LGFP event; or the registration may be transferred to another delegate; or a refund will be provided less a $50 administration fee.
5. For conference registrations cancelled within three weeks of the commencement of the event (received on or after 28 October 2025), no refund will be provided however the registration may be transferred to another delegate (up to seven days prior to the event).
6. For conference registrations cancelled within seven days of the commencement of the event (received on or after 11 November 2025), no refund will be provided.
7. In the event of non-attendance, no refund will be issued.
8. If the event is cancelled for any reason, LGFP will advise delegates within 72 hours of the event commencement date and a full refund will be issued.
9. If the event is able to be rescheduled, delegates will be informed of the new date. If delegates are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, a delegate may request the event registration fee be applied to a future LGFP event.

This information is being collated for the purpose of processing your registration; keeping you informed of upcoming LGFP events and news; and enhancing and developing LGFP Queensland’s relationship with you. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at admin@lgfp.org.au.

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your permission to be included on a delegate list that will include the name of each registered delegate, their position, the council or organisation they represent, and their email address. This list may be shared with event sponsors and their authorised third parties for research and marketing purposes. 

LGFP Queensland may take still and video footage of this event for future promotion and use in media activities. If you object to your image being used, please advise us in writing at admin@lgfp.org.au.
